Arrow Podcast Network
One of my biggest innovations has been the creation of the Arrow Podcast Network. Prior to my time, we used SoundCloud as a general place to post all of our shows together. I'd done podcasting for the Arrow, with shows like The Future Of (which centered on different discipline's evolution into the future) and The Exchange (a show where College Republicans and College Democrats analyzed and discussed timely issues). I had also worked as one of the hosts of our signature Arrow on the Air program. But, with the move to expand the distribution of our shows, I've worked to upgrade to the show into a newsblock featuring student stories packaged in weekly updates. This has been a leading podcast in what is now a family of shows posted to all the major podcasting sites on the internet, with topics ranging from entertainment to sports to the humanities to social science, and more!
We feature members of our own organization, while also distributing podcasts developed from around the university.
Arrow Debate
The Arrow Debate was on nearly all counts a success. We managed to organize an insightful and interesting debate centered on meaningful issues. Through our technical support, we were able to have a polished looking setup. We also had people cuing the time behind the scenes, which helped to signal us and cause a smooth transition throughout.
The debate was an idea I'd spoken with a member of one of the student political organizations about, and in time, I'd end up spearheading the project and working with the editors to bring this into its final form.
I would also serve to provide several questions and deliver them as well as one of the two moderators in the debate.

Election Night 2020
The Arrow's election night coverage was a massive success for us. I served as on-air talent for our video updates that were posted on our Facebook page throughout the evening.
We provided updates on various races, both national, state, and local, throughout the evening.

Video
As the Arrow's Multimedia Editor, I've worked to innovate how we do video. I've structured and polished our YouTube page and made it a center of attention among where we distribute media.
During this time, I've also begun to host explainer-type videos giving rundowns on things like the return to class during the pandemic and the 2020 election ballot.
