My introduction to radio came with River Radio where I worked as their primary reporter. I worked there for over a year, learning to produce stories for radio while also learning to host the morning show when the main host was absent. 

It was such an educating experience, and I still get asked about my work there when people recognize me by name or voice. It always warms my heart to think about where I began my radio career and learned how to do news for air.
